With the Airush Apex Eco Airush introduces an environmentally friendly produced Apex, with one of the lowest ecological footprints that kiteboards have. This is due to the use of a new, unique, Biotech Eco Flex Fiber hybrid laminate construction and the use of a bio-based epoxy.

By using the combination of more environmentally conscious construction of the Airush Apex Eco, this Eco kiteboard has slightly different sailing characteristics compared to the standard Airush Apex. For example, the Airush Apex Eco has a softer flex than the normal Apex. As a result, the Airush Apex mega sails comfortably through choppy water. And this might be a godsend for all-round performance for most riders. The bottom shape and outline of the Airush Apex Eco are identical to the Apex. For example, the Airush Apex has a double concave and a 'centre-spine' that breaks the water for soft landings and grip. In the tips, the double concave has come back a little harder, which ensures that when you put a lot of pressure on the tip, for example during a take-off, you will not lose your grip.
