The Neo SLS has been known for years for its outstanding drift. The kite hangs effortlessly when you’re riding down-the-line or slashing waves on a tropical reef. Even when fully depowered, you keep full control and can still steer the kite with ease. Thanks to the Neo SLS's direct bar feedback, you always know exactly where your kite is in the sky. Did you crash it? No worries, the fast relaunch gets it back up in seconds. One of the recent tweaks on this model is the optimized wingtip construction, making the kite respond quicker and turn more smoothly. This is ideal for directional riding, especially when you don’t want to be pulled off your rail mid-turn. From size 8m and up, the battens have also been refined, reducing flutter on the trailing edge and creating a tighter profile in the air. The lightweight batten pockets save weight without compromising on durability.

Of course, the kite still features the proven SLS construction. The leading edge and struts are made from Penta TX, which is lighter and stiffer than standard dacron. This makes the kite not only lighter in feel but also more responsive and better at holding shape in strong wind. The Hybrid Flex Struts are tuned per size: smaller kites have more flex for a forgiving feel, larger ones are stiffer for more direct feedback and higher speed. The canopy is once again made of Trinity TX ripstop with a 3x2 yarn structure, delivering the best balance between weight, rigidity, and durability.
