This Hurley PLUS 5/3 Frontzip 2023 is a super comfortable wetsuit for spring, autumn and even much of the winter. The wetsuit is designed using environmentally friendly processes. For example, the Carbon Black that gives the wetsuit its black color is recycled from old tires. The seams are dope-dyed and the neoprene is made of limestone. The wetsuit has superior stretch because the outer material is made from Hurley's outer material: Neospan. This material provides extra stretch in the wetsuit, so you have the perfect amount of freedom of movement while performing new tricks. Hurley's warm Jacquard Lining has been used on the chest, back and thighs on the inside of the wetsuit. This lining insulates very well, so that your body is kept even better warm during the really cold days. In addition, it feels very comfortable on the bare skin and the fabric dries quickly. What is not covered with the Jacquard liner is covered with the quick-drying and insulating Xtend 2.0. The neoprene panels are double glued and then blind stitched for a strong and watertight seal between the neoprene panels. The seams are then 100% taped to prevent leakage and to strengthen the seams to the maximum. The seams are placed tactically, so there are no seams on parts of the wetsuit that need to move freely.

In addition, this front zip offers a lot of freedom of movement for ultimate comfort. The neck is covered with a protective layer to stop the passage of water, also known as Smoothskin neck. On the inside of the chest there is a key pocket to store your key when you are on the water. Lightweight knee pads have been added on the knees.
