The Manera Seafarer has everything you need for a winter wetsuit. The Seafarer takes us back to the essence of what makes a good wetsuit, nothing more, nothing less: warmth, comfort, durability. It is a no-bullshit wetsuit with the well-known fit and construction of Manera. If you are looking for an affordable high performance wetsuit, this is definitely one to consider.

The thickness distribution in the wetsuit is 5mm neoprene around the body for optimal warmth. The wetsuit has 3mm around the arms and legs, so that these parts of the body have a large amount of freedom of movement. The wetsuit consists of 3 layers. The outer layer is made of Re-flex skin with optimal flexibility and high UV protection. The layer underneath is the middle layer of the wetsuit and is made of Airfoam neoprene which is a lightweight neoprene type and ensures optimal freedom of movement. The back has Fleece Plus on the inside of the wetsuit that provides a large amount of warmth and has quick-drying properties. The other parts on the inside of the wetsuit have X10D Jersey on the inside for a soft feeling against the skin. The neoprene layers are glued together and then "blind-stitched" (the needle does not go all the way through the neoprene layer). This type of stitching is not only 100% waterproof, but also offers a high degree of flexibility.

Manera's wetsuits are designed by first modeling a design in 3D to mimic a natural, second-skin fit. This enables them to market a wetsuit that ideally fits the body. The Manera Seafarer 5/3 has a front zip that may make it a bit more difficult to put on the wetsuit, but offers a huge amount of freedom of movement once the wetsuit is on. Thanks to the front zip, it closes very well around the neck, so that hardly any water penetrates the wetsuit. If a little water does penetrate the wetsuit, there is a Water Strainer at the ankles. This Water Strainer ensures that the water is drained quickly. The wetsuit comes with ankle straps that keep the wetsuit in place at the ankles.
