What makes the Evolve 3/2 unique? The Evolve 3/2 was designed by Mystic with smart neoprene distribution: 3 mm around the torso for extra warmth where it matters most, and 2 mm on the arms and legs for great freedom of movement. This makes the wetsuit ideal for mild conditions when you don’t need full winter thickness, but still want some protection against chilly days. In terms of materials, Mystic is making a big step toward sustainability with this wetsuit. The foam in the neoprene is 90% biobased. Think natural rubber, sugarcane, oyster shells, and plant-based oils instead of traditional, oil-based components. Inside, the wetsuit is lined with Eco XTR and Eco Fox Fleece. These recycled linings feel soft on the skin, retain heat, and dry quickly after use.

The finishing of the Evolve 3/2 wetsuit is also excellent. The seams are GBS-stitched (Glued Blind Stitched): the panels are glued and then partially stitched through the neoprene, which prevents water from seeping in. On the inside, all seams are reinforced with 100% waterproof stretch tape for added durability and flexibility. The chest zipper is a reliable YKK frontzip. Around the collarbone, you’ll find the Aquabarrier, a silicone print that stops water from entering through the zip. If water still gets in, no worries: the Aquaflush 2.0 system at the ankles drains excess water efficiently, so your legs won’t fill up. Non-slip cuffs at the wrists and ankles ensure a snug fit. The Glideskin neck construction fits comfortably without chafing. And with the upgraded Key Pocket 2.0, you can safely bring your key thanks to the mini buckle.
