The Mystic Gem 6/4/3 Frontzip Hooded Women 2027 Wetsuit is the warmest wetsuit Mystic makes, built for the sessions you laugh about hardest afterwards. With 6mm on your core, 4mm on your thighs and 3mm on your arms and lower legs, the warmth sits exactly where you need it while you can still move freely.

The hooded design makes the difference between half a session and a full one. You lose a huge amount of heat through your head, and the first time you land face first in the water after a failed trick you'll know why that hood is there. Your chest and back get CoreShield panels: a tough PU coating that blocks the windchill when your wet suit is cutting through the cold. That same layer is wear resistant, so your harness won't rub through it and your Gem lasts winter after winter.

The biggest change for 2027 is the new frontzip. It gives you a tighter fit, more flex across your shoulders and, maybe the best part with cold fingers, it's far easier to get in and out. On top of that Mystic now uses Yamamoto 40 neoprene, which stretches remarkably smoothly and never holds you back. Inside you'll find the Fox Fleece Ultra, the softest and warmest lining Mystic has made so far. It feels warm the moment you pull it on and stays that way until you're back on shore.

Keeping cold water out comes down to the details. The seams are glued and blind stitched and sealed 100% with water repellent stretch taping. Aquaflush 2.0 lets water out but not back in, the cuffs are heat sealed so they don't fray and keep sitting neatly around your wrists, and the non slip cuffs don't creep up. Behind your knee there's an emboss for smooth bending, the Hex-tech knee pads take the hits and your key goes safely into the chest pocket behind the frontzip.
