The North Comp Pro utilizes a DynaLite construction with carbon reinforcements, providing maximum strength and stiffness while keeping the weight of the surfboard as low as possible. Biaxial glass provides tensile strength, while the carbon reinforcement tape refines the longitudinal flex in the rail, where most stress is applied.

The core of the North Comp Pro 2025 is made of PVC to keep the volume low. This low volume allows for quick feedback and direct responsiveness on the water. The North Comp Pro has a relatively thin profile, which, combined with its lightweight, ensures easy handling in the air. Strapless board flips have never been easier! The low volume, combined with the progressive rocker, also ensures extra soft landings. This is because the low volume and rocker result in less resistance during a landing.
