The Orca fin is no ordinary fin—this one is made to help you jump higher. And who doesn’t want that?! If you look closely at the fin, you’ll see that the Orca features a curved design. This design acts like a mini foil to generate more downforce. That extra downforce gives your board more grip, no matter which board you ride! More grip means more stability and allows you to push off much harder. On flat water, it feels like there’s always a perfect kicker, and when you time your takeoff well against a real kicker, you won’t believe how much more height this fin can give you. At first, it might take a little getting used to the feeling of the takeoff, but once you’ve got the hang of it, you’re guaranteed to jump higher! This kind of design didn’t just come out of nowhere—the fin has been thoroughly tested by various pro riders under all kinds of conditions. Sailing enthusiasts might even recognize the connection to the foils that were introduced on the boats of the world’s most prestigious sailing race: the Volvo Ocean Race. So it’s no surprise that your upwind performance also gets a solid upgrade.The Orca twintip fin is sold in a set of two. You mount the fins on the heelside of your kiteboard. If you find the effect too intense, you can also choose to upgrade only the fin on your heelside takeoff side. The fins come with four M5 screws and two washers, allowing the Orca fin to be mounted on any kiteboard with a 4cm insert spacing. This includes nearly every board on the market, including North, Duotone, Cabrinha, Naish, Brunotti, Slingshot, Reedin, Harlem, Flysurfer, and Lieuwe.

The additional grip you get from these fins is incredible. The added grip allows me to ride and do my takeoffs much faster with more control, allowing me to boost higher🚀. My takeoffs are also much more consistent, especially in choppy and or overpowered conditions. Absolute game changer! Would recommend for everyone doing bigair.

2 sessions in; Feels solid/planted. Feels as the board is a bit more sucked on the water. Difficult to say as i never really have had an issue with keeping my edge (duontone jaime 136 85kg) Didn't notice better pops. Had the idea that i also had a bit more drag but could be the wind condition and chop at the time. I would say a small improvement over original duotone fins and i'm keeping them on for the season! Let's see how it goes in strong winds!

Really loved the feel of increasing grip and more vertical takeoffs. Worked rewally well on my Choice 6 and not planning to take them off my board any time soon!
