Around the torso, 5 mm NaturePrene2® provides solid heat retention and insulation. In the arms and legs, 4 mm material is used so you can move freely without the suit feeling heavy or stiff. NaturePrene2® is completely neoprene free and made from natural rubber sourced from FSC certified rubber trees. The material is lightweight, flexible, and durable, offering the same stretch and lifespan as traditional neoprene. On the inside, the wetsuit features Zodiac 2 with Velvet Airflex. This soft fleece lining feels warm against the skin, absorbs moisture quickly, and releases it just as fast. That improves comfort while riding and helps the wetsuit dry faster after use. Velvet Airflex adds extra stretch, allowing the suit to move smoothly during every type of movement or crash.
The outside of this Prolimit wetsuit is finished with Double Lined Down Airflex. This material is water repellent, feels soft, and offers maximum stretch. As a result, the wetsuit stays comfortable during your sessions and you keep full freedom of movement. The panels are triple glued and blind stitched. These GBS seams limit water entry and remain flexible, which supports durability and consistent performance. The Free-X asymmetrical frontzip with a YKK zipper opens on one side and creates a tight seal around the chest. This helps retain warmth while still making entry easy. The zipper sits comfortably and does not get in the way while riding. For extra protection and durability, the Flare is equipped with knee pads, ideal for use on the beach or during kneeling moments.
