Summer evening, the sun is still going strong and you want to be on the water within five minutes. The Prolimit Predator 3/2 Double Frontzip 2027 Wetsuit is built for exactly that: thin, light and quick to pull on. With 3mm on your torso and 2mm on arms and legs you are spot on through the summer months, even when the water never really gets tropical where you ride. Prolimit gives the 3/2 the same materials as the thicker Predators, so you give up nothing on quality.
That means NaturePrene2 Oystershell as the base, built from natural rubber from FSC certified plantations with recycled carbon black, oyster shell powder and soybean oil. In this thickness the material feels almost like a second skin, which does your freedom of movement a lot of good during your pop or a strapless trick.
The Down Airflex outer layer repels water and dries fast, so you are not putting a soaking wet wetsuit in the car after a summer session. The Zodiac 2 lining with Velvet Airflex takes the moisture off your skin and releases it again, which makes getting the suit on nice and easy. The panels are joined with GBS seams, triple glued and blind stitched with water based glue, and every thread is covered with tape.
The double frontzip runs across your chest and leaves your back free, something you feel even more clearly in a thin wetsuit than in a 5/4. The knees get the KED panels, and at the bottom you find drainage holes and ankle straps.
